Terms of Use
Welcome to Revura. By downloading, accessing, or using the Revura mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Accounts and Anonymity
Revura operates using an anonymous, device-based User ID system. You are not required to provide personal information (like your name or email) to use the App. However, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. If you delete the App or lose your device, your generated content may be lost unless successfully restored via your Apple ID purchase history.
2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Revura offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., Weekly, Monthly, Annual Pro) and consumable in-app purchases (Token Packs). By purchasing, you agree to the following terms, which align with Apple’s standard subscription guidelines:
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, identifying the cost of the renewal.
- Managing Subscriptions: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
- Consumables: Tokens purchased are one-time consumables, added instantly to your balance, and are non-refundable.
3. Acceptable Use and AI Content Policy
Revura uses advanced AI models to generate images. You agree to use the App responsibly. You are strictly prohibited from using Revura to generate, request, or share content that:
- Contains explicit nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material (NSFW).
- Promotes violence, harm, self-injury, or illegal acts.
- Constitutes hate speech, harassment, or bullying against any group or individual.
- Infringes on the intellectual property, privacy, or rights of others (including non-consensual deepfakes).
Note: Revura employs automated safety filters. Prompts violating these rules will be blocked, and repeated violations may result in a permanent ban of your device from our services without a refund.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Our App: The Revura App, including its design, templates, code, and branding, is owned by the Revura Team and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The App and its AI generation features are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Due to the nature of artificial intelligence, Revura does not guarantee that the generated images will always be accurate, flawless, or meet your exact expectations. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
In no event shall the Revura Team be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
6. Third-Party Services
Revura utilizes third-party services, including Apple (for payments and subscriptions), Supabase (for database and storage), and cloud-based AI providers. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and conditions of these respective third parties where applicable.
7. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
